Delivery Costs
We charge a standard delivery cost of £4.99 for all orders despatched within the UK regardless of the size and cost of your order up to £100.00. For all orders over £100.00 delivery is FREE OF CHARGE.

Delivery Information
All items are usually despatched by courier on the same day or the day after your order and payment are received. Therefore you should receive your goods within 2-4 working days. If paying by cheque your order will only be despatched once payment has cleared (usually 4 working days.)
Despatch Team Closing Times
Our despatch team do not work on Saturdays; Sundays or bank Holidays so please take this into consideration when placing your order.
Payment
As with all online retailers, full payment is required before your goods can be despatched. We accept the following payment methods:
Visa, Visa Delta, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and Paypal. We also accept personal cheques, company cheques and postal orders, however we are unable to despatch goods until payment has cleared (usually 4 working days.)
Out of Stock Items
If for any reason any of the items that you order are out of stock, you will be informed by e-mail within 24 hours. You will then be offered a choice of an alternative item to the same value or a full refund.
Returns Policy
If for any reason you wish to return any goods, they must be returned within 7 days of receipt, unused and in saleable condition. They must also be returned in their original packaging and we would ask you to contact us by e-mail before returning them. Please note that we do not refund any shipping costs.
